Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education on Safe Mining of Deep Metal Mines


东北大学深部金属矿山安全开采教育部重点实验室于2011年12月获教育部批准建设,2016年11月顺利完成验收。实验室所属的东北大学采矿工程学科是国家首批“211工程”、“985工程”重点学科,首批获得硕士和博士学位授予权,设有博士后流动站,是东北大学“双一流”高峰学科。重点实验室面向国家重大战略,服务地方经济发展,围绕深部工程建设、深地深海金属矿以及深层地热与油气资源开采、地下空间开发利用过程中的安全、效率和环境问题,开展理论研究、技术研发与科技服务,形成以深部地质学为背景、深部岩体力学为基础、计算机和信息科学为手段的深部工程建设与深部资源开采的理论体系和技术研发平台,建立我国深部工程建设和深部资源开采领域的设计指南,提高深部资源开发领域的整体研究水平。

The Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education on Safe Mining of Deep Metal Mines at Northeastern University was approved by the Ministry of Education for construction in December 2011, and the inspection and acceptance were successfully completed in November 2016. Northeastern University’s mining engineering discipline that is affiliated to the laboratory is the first batch of “211 Project” and “985 Project” key disciplines in the country. The key laboratory is oriented to major national strategies and serves local economic development. It conducts theoretical research, technology research and development, and research on safety, efficiency, and environmental issues in deep engineering construction, deep metal mines, deep geothermal energy development,  oil and gas resources exploitation, and underground space development and utilization. Scientific and technological services to form a theoretical system and technology research and development platform for deep engineering construction and deep resource extraction based on deep geology as the background, deep rock mass mechanics as the basis, and computer and information science as the means to establish China's deep engineering construction and deep resource extraction fields Design guidelines to improve the overall research level in the field of deep resource development.

重点实验室成立以来,始终坚持自主创新,面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求,形成了以中国工程院院士、东北大学校长冯夏庭教授为学科带头人,拥有美国工程院院士、挪威工程院院士、以中青年教师为主体的优秀科研团队。实验室现有科研人员51人,其中教授17人、副教授14人、讲师和工程师20人,其中包括国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员1人、国家杰出青年基金获得者3人、国家优秀青年基金获得者2人、教育部新世纪优秀人才6人。目前实验室设有五个研究研究方向、两个教学团队、一个工程研究中心,分别是深部工程岩体力学与安全、深部金属矿安全高效开采、深层地热高效开采及灾害控制、深层油气资源高效开采、油气储置与地下空间开发利用,和深部岩体力学教学团队和深部金属矿开采教学团队,以及智能深部工程研究中心。

Since the establishment of the key laboratory, it has always adhered to independent innovation, facing the frontiers of science and technology in the world, facing the main battlefield of the economy, and facing major national needs. The dean of the Key Laboratory is Professor Feng Xia-ting who is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the chairman of International Federal Association of Geological Engineering, and the chairman of Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering. The Key Laboratory has an academician of the American Academy of Engineering, an academician of the Norwegian Academy of Engineering, an Academician of the European Academy of Science, and an outstanding research team consisting of young and middle-aged teachers. There are 51 researchers in the laboratory, including 17 professors, 14 associate professors, 20 lecturers and engineers, including 1 member of the Disciplinary Evaluation Group of the Degree Committee of the State Council, 3 professors specially invited by the Changjiang Scholars, and 3 winners of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. Of them, 2 winners of the National Excellent Youth Fund, and 6 outstanding talents of the New Century from the Ministry of Education. At present, the laboratory has five research directions, two teaching teams, and an engineering research center. They are rock mechanics and safety in deep engineering, safe and efficient mining of deep metal mines, efficient geothermal mining and disaster control, and efficient oil and gas resources in deep layers. Mining, oil and gas storage and underground space development and utilization, and deep rock mechanics teaching team and deep metal mining teaching team, as well as intelligent deep engineering research center.

实验室拥有优越的实验设备和实验条件,自主研发了高压硬岩真三轴应力应变全过程实验系统、硬岩真三轴试验系统、高压岩石真三轴蠕变剪切实验系统、高温高压岩石真三轴破坏过程与渗流耦合试验系统、岩石微观加载多轴试验系统、真三向应力下致密岩石气体吸附及渗透试验系统、硬岩三轴流变试验系统、多场耦合岩石三轴流变系统、深埋非常规天然气储层岩石多场耦合试验系统、高压微波作用下岩石破裂过程实验系统、电爆破岩过程试验系统等一系列设备,建设有深部岩石力学试验平台、非常规地质力学试验平台、现场原位综合监测平台、开采过程相似材料模拟系统平台、深部开采动态调控可视化平台、电爆综合实验系统平台等。先后承担国家973、863、重点研发计划(课题)、杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目和国际合作重大项目、国家科技支撑项目及企业合作项目等100余项,获得国家科技进步二等奖5项,出版专著10余部,发表学术论文500余篇,获得国家发明专利80余项,国际专利6项,已实施成果转化5项;与美国、加拿大、英国、法国、澳大利亚等国家有关研究机构和大学建立了良好的合作关系。

The laboratory has superior experimental equipment and experimental conditions. It has independently developed a true triaxial stress-strain full-process experimental system for high pressure hard rocks, a true triaxial test system for hard rocks, a true triaxial creep shear test system for high pressure rocks, and high temperature and high-pressure rocks. True triaxial failure process and seepage coupling test system, rock micro-loading multi-axial test system, dense rock gas adsorption and permeability test system under true tri-directional stress, hard rock tri-axial rheological test system, multi-field coupled rock tri-axial rheology System, multi-field coupling test system for deep buried unconventional natural gas reservoir rock, experimental system for rock failure process under high pressure microwave, test system for electric blasting rock process, etc. A series of deep rock mechanics test platforms and unconventional geomechanical tests are built. Platform, on-site in-situ comprehensive monitoring platform, similar material simulation system platform in mining process, deep mining dynamic control visualization platform, electric explosion comprehensive experimental system platform, etc. Has undertaken more than 100 national 973, 863, key research and development plans (projects), outstanding young people's science fund, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and major international cooperation projects, national science and technology support projects and enterprise cooperation projects, etc. Awarded 5 awards, published more than 10 monographs, published more than 500 academic papers, obtained more than 80 national invention patents, 6 international patents, and 5 results have been implemented; related research in the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Australia and other countries Institutions and universities have established good cooperative relations.

2016年11月,获批教育部和国家外专局111计划“深部工程岩体力学与安全创新引智基地”,吸引和汇聚数十位国际一流专家学者(包含5位外籍院士)与实验室开展长期性合作研究,建有中加深部开采国际研究中心、非常规地质体国际研究中心、中法多场多尺度国际合作联合实验室等国际合作平台,进一步推动和提升重点实验室的国际化水平。

重点实验室历来重视文化建设和人才培养,积极开展课程思政教育,拥有教育部全国党建工作样板党支部、辽宁省基层先进党组织。重点实验室同时积极探索本科和研究生人才培养机制改革,主持有教育部新工科等教改项目,培养的本科或研究生获得多项各级重大竞赛奖励或荣誉。

The key laboratory has always attached importance to cultural construction and personnel training, actively carried out curriculum ideological and political education, has a national party building model party branch of the Ministry of Education, and advanced grass-roots party organizations in Liaoning Province.
